Banfield Expands Internationally! Banfield, The Pet Hospital extends overseas its commitment to human quality medicine and legendary client service. Banfield now provides families in the U.K. and Mexico the same high quality, affordable veterinary care that families in the U.S. have relied upon for 50 years. In September 2003, Banfield opened its first international hospital, a state-of-the-art facility in Manchester, England. A second U.K. location soon followed in Leeds, England, and in February of 2005, Banfield celebrated the opening of a 12,500 square foot teaching hospital on the UNAM campus in Mexico City, Mexico.
