We invite you to partner with Banfield, The Pet Hospital® through the Pet Adoption Rewards program— a free program that helps Pets receive quality preventive care before they're adopted, and encourages continued preventive care after they're placed with a family.

As a Program partner, you'll receive free office visits and discounts for pre-adoption Pet healthcare. Plus, for every adopted Pet you refer to Banfield, you'll earn a $10 veterinary care voucher. These can accumulate quickly, and multiple vouchers can be used for pre-adoption Pets to help them with preventive care, diagnostics, or treatments that may be needed to ensure the Pet is healthy for adoption.

Here's how to enroll:

• Enrolling in this free program is easy, and you'll receive three $10 care vouchers just for signing up! Just stop by your neighborhood Banfield (or give them a call!) and ask to speak with the Office Manager. Tell them you'd like to enroll your agency in the Banfield Pet Adoption Rewards Program. They'll ask for your agency's contact information and address, so we can send your shelter a $10 voucher for every Pet referred.
• The Banfield Office Manager will give you a supply of Banfield Pet Adoption Rewards Brochures. Every time you place a Pet with a new family, send them off with a brochure. Inside, they'll find:
  • a $30 certificate, which can be applied toward an Optimum Wellness Plan enrollment.
  • Or, the certificate can be used to toward other services received during the Pet's first visit to Banfield. Each certificate (one per adopted Pet) can be used at the first visit only, and they expire 30 days after the Pet's adoption date. Note: on the certificate, please be sure enter the adoption date and your agency's contact information. This information is crucial because it tells us what agency referred the client so we can send them a $10 voucher.
  • a FREE first treatment of FirstShield^TM flea control for cats or FirstShield Trio^TM flea/tick control for dogs (applied during the Pet's first Banfield visit).
  • info about proper preventive care.
  • special offers from PetSmart, Royal Canin & Greenies.
  • If you run out of brochures, simply ask the Office Manager for more!
• Every time a newly adopted Pet's $30 certificate is redeemed, one $10 voucher will be sent to your agency as a "thank you" for referring a client to us. Accrued $10 vouchers will be mailed to your agency once per month. If you have questions about the Banfield Pet Adoption Rewards Program, your local hospital's Office Manager can help you.
