We encourage first- through third-year veterinary students to apply to our Student Job Program. You'll work as part of a veterinary healthcare team in one of our full-service hospitals, putting in up to 40 hours each week. These intensive programs include evening and weekend shifts. Participants can choose from multiple hospital locations nationwide. In addition to gaining excellent clinical experience, you'll receive a highly competitive wage, a free Banfield wellness plan for your Pet, and, you'll be eligible to participate in our Student Rewards Program for a chance at up to $10,000 in future compensation.

We'll pair you with a mentor who'll teach you practical, professional and technical skills, as well as supervise you during medical exams. Our Student Job Program is a sure way to enhance your practical veterinary experience.
