How do Banfield's protocols limit what I can do?
They've never limited me. Our protocols set the minimum standard of care - and provide me with the freedom I want to be the best. Our clients can feel secure that we will never use anesthesia without blood work or perform surgery without pain medication. These are examples of our "protocols." I love that the practice stands behind me on quality and I don't have to compromise quality for revenue.
