Optimum Wellness Plans for Puppies

Keeping dogs healthy, energetic and alert throughout their lives starts when they are just puppies. Young dogs require considerable veterinary care in their first year or so of life. This includes spaying or neutering, vaccinations and parasite control.

Our Optimum Wellness Plans offer the peace of mind that comes from knowing that all necessary visits, exams and procedures are scheduled at the appropriate time for your Puppy. You can rest assured that your four-legged friend will be given exceptional Banfield Pet care by a dedicated veterinary health care team. We want nothing more than to help your puppy grow into a happy, healthy dog.

*We recommend that spays or neuters be performed before your Pet is 6 months of age. Additional surgical fees may apply if your Pet is over 6 months old, over 50 pounds or other atypical conditions exist. At Banfield, all anesthetic procedures include pre-anesthetic blood testing to ensure Pets are healthy enough to undergo surgery/anesthesia. If your Pet's surgery is postponed due to a condition revealed in the pre-anesthetic blood testing, you will be responsible for the cost of the blood testing at the time the abnormality is found. The pre-anesthetic blood testing included in the Wellness Plan is for the surgical procedure and is available only on the day the surgery is performed.
