Old Age Ferret
Do I need to worry about old age with my ferret (not sure how old she is, but starting to be less active)?
Have your Pet examined by a veterinarian in regards to the symptoms she is exhibiting. 5 years is considered a geriatric ferret and some may start showing signs of adrenal disorders at this age. Your veterinarian would be the best to discuss any concerns you have about your Pet. There are diagnostics that can be performed to assist with a diagnosis and any treatment if needed.
